Buy4Store Refund Policy

Buy4store.com Inc. accepts returns only under the conditions stated in this Refund Policy. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

Return Request Timing

For eligible returns, return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Customers must inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery. Any claim for damaged items, wrong items, missing items, or defective merchandise must be reported to Buy4store in writing within 3 business days of delivery.

Phone calls alone are not sufficient for return, damage, shortage, or defect claims. All such claims must be submitted by email.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for checking all goods as soon as they are delivered.

If a shipment arrives with visible external damage, the customer should photograph the package immediately, keep the original packaging and contents for inspection, and, if practical, refuse the shipment at delivery.

Any claim for shipping damage, wrong items, missing items, or defective merchandise must still be reported to Buy4store in writing within 3 business days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • the return request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery,
  • the return is approved by Buy4store in advance,
  • the merchandise is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition,
  • and the merchandise is returned in proper packaging.

Damaged, Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly, found to be defective, or if items are missing from the shipment, the customer must notify Buy4store in writing within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photos and supporting details.

If the claim is confirmed and timely, Buy4store may, at its discretion:

  • replace the item if available,
  • issue store credit,
  • or provide a full or partial refund as appropriate.

If the issue was caused by Buy4store or by shipping damage properly reported within the required timeframe, Buy4store may cover the return shipping cost or provide a return call tag where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Opened or used merchandise will not be accepted for return.

Items designated as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly, and the issue is reported in writing within 3 business days of delivery.

Customer Preference Returns

If a customer wishes to return an item for reasons not caused by Buy4store, including dissatisfaction with appearance, expectation, or preference, any approved return will be at the customer’s expense.

In such cases:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping,
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable,
  • and any refund will not include return shipping costs.

Buy4store may provide a return call tag in some cases, but is not required to do so. If the customer arranges return shipping independently, the merchandise must be packed securely and properly to prevent damage in transit.

Return Authorization

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Buy4store.

Before sending any return, the customer must contact us by email and receive return instructions or approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or rejected.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

All returned merchandise must be received in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.

If returned merchandise is received opened, used, damaged, incomplete, poorly packed, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, Buy4store may reject the return, deny the refund or replacement, or issue only a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned goods.

The customer will be informed after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Refunds, Credits, and Replacements

Refunds, credits, or replacements will be processed only after the returned merchandise is received and inspected by Buy4store.

If a replacement is approved and the item is in stock, it will be shipped after return inspection is completed.

If a replacement item is not available, Buy4store may offer store credit for a future order or issue a full or partial refund for the returned merchandise, depending on the circumstances.
