Do I need a resale certificate?
If your order ships to a California address, yes — we require a valid reseller number and a signed resale certificate. We don't include taxes in our prices, so we can't process California orders without it. Orders shipping outside California don't need one.
What if an item is out of stock?
Items marked "Preorder" will be restocked. Need a specific quantity of a specific item? We can work with our manufacturers to make it happen.
Do you accept special or custom orders?
Yes — specific items in a particular color, quantity, or design. We, don't do customization however we can reach out to our manufacturers. Contact us for details.
